Last night, I attended the Mawlid al-Nabi celebration organized by the Al-Amani International Islamic Organization. The event was led by the Grand Mufti of Ilorin Emirate, Sheikh (Dr.) Suleiman Faruq-Onikijipa (OON), at the National Stadium in Surulere, Lagos.
It was a truly inspiring gathering that reaffirmed the enduring values of faith, love, and unity.
I commend Sheikh Faruq-Onikijipa for his unwavering leadership and dedication to the welfare of our community. May we continue to find peace and guidance in the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
