Today, I join the good people of Kwara State, particularly those from the Ilorin Emirate, in celebrating the 29th coronation anniversary of our revered Emir of Ilorin, Dr. Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, CFR.
As the Turaki of Ilorin, I am honored to celebrate this momentous occasion with our revered Emir, whose reign has been a testament to wisdom, compassion, and unwavering dedication to the progress of our community.
Over the past 29 years of his reign, the Ilorin Emirate and Kwara State have witnessed significant development across all sectors. His unwavering commitment to fostering unity and understanding among diverse ethnic and religious communities has made Ilorin a model of peaceful coexistence.
On this special occasion, I pray that Almighty Allah grants him continued strength, good health, and wisdom to lead us towards even greater achievements. May this 29th anniversary be a joyful reminder of our respect and admiration for him, and may our emirate continue to prosper under his noble leadership.
